Please read the entire page before booking your appointment to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the services offered. This will help you be fully prepared for your appointment and achieve the best possible results. As an artist, I take this process very seriously.

What Are Lash Extensions?

Lash extensions are individual synthetic, silk, or mink lashes that are applied directly to your natural lashes using a semi-permanent adhesive.

How Long Do Lash Extensions Last?

Lash extensions typically last between 2.5 to 3 weeks before you need a fill. Depending on various factors such as the growth cycle of your natural lashes, the type of adhesive used and how well they are maintained. To keep them looking their best, it's important to follow proper aftercare procedures, such as avoiding oil-based products, refraining from rubbing your eyes, and cleaning your lashes 1 to 2 x day. Regular touch-ups, usually every two to three weeks, can also help maintain the fullness and length of your extensions.

What is a Fill?

A lash extension fill appointment is a maintenance session designed to replace or replenish eyelash extensions that have fallen out or grown out over time. During this appointment, a lash technician will assess the current state of your extensions, remove any extensions that are loose or grown out, and apply new extensions to areas where they are sparse. This helps to maintain the full, voluminous look of your lash extensions without needing a complete new set. Typically, fill appointments are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best.

*Fun Fact we loose 2 - 5  natural lashes per day 

How Long Does The Procedure Take?

Initial procedure - typically takes around 1.5 - 2.5 hours, which includes Medical History, ​finalizing the details of the consultation, Lash cleanse, facial analysis, lash mapping, and the actual application of the lash extensions.

Fills - Normally take about 1.5 hours which includes reviewing your Medical History, removing any outgrown lash extensions, replacing the lash extensions that have been removed and placing lash extensions on new growth of natural lashes

*These are estimated times, the style and the amount of natural lashes you have does have an effect on the length of the procedure.  

Is It Painful?

Lash extensions should not feel painful at any time. If you are experiencing uncomfortableness, let your technician know immediately so that any issues can be resolved 

Do Lash Extensions Damage your natural Lashes?

When applied correctly by a professional, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. It's important to avoid rubbing your eyes, tugging at the extensions, or using oil-based products.

How Do I care for my Lash Extensions?

****CHAMPAGNE & BEAUTY DOES NOT HAVE THE DONT GET YOUR LASHES WET FOR 24-48 HOUR RULE. With the type of adhesive we use, you can get your lases wet right after the service.  Avoid rubbing or pulling on the lashes, and clean them DAILY with a lash extension-safe cleanser.

I've had my lash extensions done by another artist previously. Will you fill them?

Individuals who have had their lash extensions done by another artist previously can have a fill done at Champagne and Beauty. We will assess the previous work, if there is a concern that is jeopardizing your natural lash health it will be brought to your attention and a removal and full set may be recommended.  If a removal is recommended and you decide to not follow through we will discontinue service. We value the safety of your natural lashes and will NOT put them in a situation that is not healthy!  

How Can I Prepare for My Appointment ?

-3 or more days prior to your appointment discontinue mascara 

 

-24 hours prior - discontinue stimulants like caffeine / energy drinks. This can make your eyes jittery and it is very challenging to place the lash extensions.

-No gum chewing 

-On the day of your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to relax before your session. Our welcoming environment and professional staff are here to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

*Contacts MUST be removed for ALL lash procedures

-Wear comfortable clothes. (Hoodies are not as desirable for laying the duration of your appointment.) ​​​

Can I wear mascara on my Lash Extensions?  

There won't be a need to wear mascara with lash extensions.  

-Please do NOT use mascara on the lash extensions you will more than likely have a mess!

What factors will influence my outcome?

How clean are you keeping your lashes? - are you washing your lashes daily? Keeping your lash extensions clean is crucial for their longevity. Follow the detailed instructions from your technician.

Excessive Picking and pulling  - Excessive picking and pulling at your lashes can cause permanent damage to the natural lash. 

Fully drying your lashes - Are you fully drying your lashes? 

 

Using oily products - using oily products on your face or even sprays can get on your lashes can they can become clumpy. Even if you are placing serums on your face at night, the serums can get on your pillow and transfer to your lash extensions 

Are Lash Extensions Safe?

Yes, lash extensions are safe when applied by a trained and certified professional using high-quality materials.

Can I Swim or Shower with Lash Extensions?

Yes, but right after swimming, in a pool or ocean wash your lashes very well. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and steam.

Can I Remove My Lash Extensions Myself?

It is recommended to have lash extensions professionally removed to avoid damaging your natural lashes.

What payment methods are accepted?

To secure your appointment, a nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointment requests, at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you. Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service and accommodating all clients efficiently. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Payment at your appointment may be made using:

-Credit Card

-Cash

What is your cancellation policy?

No show:

If you are a no show the appointment will be cancelled and you are subject to pay in full (your services with Champagne & Beauty will be discontinued).

 

Late Appointment Policy:

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve, please be advised of our late appointment policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule. Additionally, please note that the deposit for the missed appointment will remain with that appointment and will not be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. This policy allows us to maintain our commitment to timely and efficient service for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
